SHIPMENTS

Orders are usually shipped between 48 – 72 hours (or 2 – 3 days) from the time of purchase (Monday – Saturday). Items are not shipped on Sunday.

After you receive a confirmation email that your items have been shipped, please check the tracking link in your email for additional details for when your items will arrive.

International Shipments (countries outside of US and Canada): Flat Rate includes the price to ship and associated border taxes/fees.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Please be advised that NO items are eligible for Exchanges.

Items are only eligible for Refund if the package is unopened or if the shipment is a result of our error (example: wrong color per your order request, wrong size per your order request and/or if the item is damaged due to poor craftsmanship).

If your item is eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it: unopened and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it, and IF ELIGIBLE process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged, opened or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
